Live It Up Downtown!

Live It Up Downtown presented by Downtown Cincinnati Inc. and the Downtown Residents Council, with support from Horseshoe Casino and 4EG, celebrates the vibrant downtown residential community on Saturday, September 15, 2012 from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. on Fountain Square at Fifth and Vine streets in downtown Cincinnati.
The FREE event features realtors and property managers providing information on available apartments and condominiums; booths highlighting downtown amenities, and live music and entertainment for all ages. Meet members of the Downtown Residents Council and find out why they love to live downtown.
The following locations (and more to be announced) will be among the rental and for sale properties open for viewing from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m.:
• The American Building at 30 E. Central Parkway
• Lofts on Fountain Square at 417 Vine Street
• The McAlpin at 15 W. Fourth Street
• The Glass House at 512 Reading Road
• 18 East Fourth at 18 E. Fourth Street
• Park Place at Lytle at 400 Pike Street
• Current at the Banks at 121 E. Freedom Way (open 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)
• Stop by the Rental Community Booth to schedule a private tour of downtown’s most desired rental properties.
A map and program will be distributed at the event to make it easy to navigate to each participating property.

Food, wine, beer and soft drinks will be available for purchase including grilled meats donated by Avril- Bleh & Sons Meat Market with grills provided by Sean Donovan. The following food trucks will be parked at Fountain Square: EAT!, Streetpops, Taco Azul and C’est Cheese.
Small Businesses / Arts & Cultural Organizations:
Representatives from a wide array of the small businesses and arts / cultural organizations that make downtown a unique and fun neighborhood will staff booths from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. and provide free information and some samples:
