Fountain Square has hosted some marvelous special events - events that only come around once.

Back in May 2007, under the direction of the guys from Eepybird and with full support from Mentos candy, more than 500 Greater Cincinnatians set the first Guinness World Record for launching the most Mentos & soda geysers at one time in one place. See pictures, video, and read about it here!

In April 2008, Red Bull hosted a freestyle skiing event, bringing in a small hill of real snow for the day. Check it out at Fountain Freestyle.
