Thanks for your interest in submitting video and still-image content for the Fountain Square LED Video Board! We actively seek original content that showcases Cincinnati's assets; promotes Cincinnati festivals, events, sports, and arts; and educates and informs visitors and residents. There is no cost* to submit content and have it shown on the LED board, as long as it meets our guidelines and technical specs.*personal messages to carry a fee.

We ask that video content be submitted at least two weeks prior to the run date.

To submit content for rotation, please follow these steps:

1. Read the Content Guidelines (below).
2. Read the Technical Requirements (below).
3. Prepare your video content and deliver it to us. Delivery instructions are given in both the Tech document and the LED Submission Form.
4. Fill out a Submission Form for each piece of content. Deliver the form to Fountain Square Management Group, 1014 Vine St, Suite 1420, Cincinnati OH 45202, or fax it to 513.621.5900.

Fountain Square can also run a personal message (anniversary, birthday, marriage proposal), provided that it does not conflict with an event or previously scheduled board programming. The fee is $100 for up to five minutes. Prepare your image, Flash or video file as outlined in the Technical Requirements (below) and deliver it along with a completed Submission Form for LED Board Content (below). We can also create a slide for you for a nominal fee. Acceptance of content is at the sole discretion of Fountain Square Management Group. You will be contacted to confirm date and time.

Finally, planners of events on the Square are encouraged to use the video board to enhance your event with, for example, live camera coverage, pre-recorded video, and/or still images to be displayed during your event. Our video services are listed in the Fountain Square Services Menu, below.
